You will learn how to check the site, see what dangers are there, and choose the correct rope and other equipment. You will also learn how to measure the weight of things, choose the right equipment, and lift things safely. You will learn how to talk to people using hand signals and make sure everyone is safe. This good training will teach you everything you need to know to do well on any building site.

Learn how to tie load well: Choose and use different kinds of ropes, shackles, and other things that help you tie load.
