Asbestos Removal Course
What will I learn?
This Asbestos Safely Removing Training is designed for Eritrean Workplace Safety Professionals. You will learn how to properly and safely remove asbestos, following guidelines and practices that are relevant to the Eritrean context, including documentation and reporting. You will learn to properly assess and remove asbestos, as well as safety measures and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). We will also cover air quality testing after asbestos removal, to ensure the area is safe.

Learn and put in place safety rules: Be confident in following Eritrean safety guidelines.
Keep good records: Properly document and take pictures to record the asbestos removal process.
Check the air quality: Make sure the environment is safe after asbestos removal.
Use safety equipment and set up contained spaces: Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and create containment areas that work well.
Know what asbestos materials look like: Be able to identify asbestos in buildings and materials.
