ነቲ ናይ ዮጋ ሓይሊ ብጀማሪ ዮጋ ትምህርቲና ክፈት፣ ነቶም ናይ ዮጋ ሞያተኛታት ንምዃን ዝህንጠዩ ተባሂሉ እዩ ተዳልዩ። ከም ተዋጊእ ኣንደኛ (Warrior I) ከም ከውሒ ደው ምባል (Mountain Pose) ዝኣመሰሉ መሰረታዊ ምንቅስቓሳት ተማሃሩ፣ ስኒዕ ምድራር (sequencing) ተቆጻጸሩ፣ ከምኡ’ውን ዋጋ ምዕቃብ ምስ ሓይሊ ሚዛን ግበሩ። ንምምዕባልካ(practice) ንምዕባይ ንኣእምሮኻ ምቁጽጻር፡ ኣስተንትኖ፡ ከምኡውን ኣተንፋፍ ምምሕያሽ (relaxation) ተጠቐም። ታሪኽ ዮጋ፡ መሰረታትን ስነ-ፍጥረትን ንኹሉ ዝሓወሰ ኣገባብ ንምፍላጥ ተምሃሩ። ምዕባሌታት ብጽሑፍ ስፈሩ፡ ዕላማታት ኣቐምጡ፡ ከምኡ’ውን ምስምማዕ ብምግባር ድሕንነት ኣረጋግጹ። ሎሚ ጉዕዞ ዮጋኹም ልዕል ኣበልዎ!
