What will I learn?

You'll learn how to store food the right way, like how to label things and keep food at the right temperature so it doesn't spoil. You'll also learn how to stop germs from spreading by using different chopping boards and cleaning everything well. We'll talk about the rules for keeping food safe, including what makes people sick and what the government says you have to do. You'll find out how to keep your kitchen safe, make a plan for safety, and teach other people how to do it too. And most importantly, you'll learn how to keep yourself clean by washing your hands the right way and using gloves. When you finish this training, you'll be a food safety expert and you'll help make sure everyone eats safe food.
