You will learn how to know when an old person is feeling low (depression) or worried too much (anxiety). You will learn how to talk to them in a good way and how to make them trust you by showing them you care and understand. You will also learn how to watch them carefully, think about what you see, and write it down properly. This short but important training will help you to support our elders' minds so they can be well and you can look after them with kindness and knowledge.
