What will I learn?
Improve how you design things with our UX Research Training. This training is made for people who really want to understand how to design things that people like to use. You will learn how to understand what people need, decide what's most important, and find out what problems people have when using things. We will teach you how to collect information by talking to people, watching them use things, and asking them questions in surveys. You will learn about different ways to do research, like counting things, understanding feelings, and using both together. You will become better at talking to design teams, understanding information, and telling people what to do to make things better.
