Lifespan Development Course
What will I learn?
Open your eyes to understand how people grow from when they are small pikin all the way to when they become old man or old woman. This course is made special for people who work with people with mental health problems. You will learn how children's brains grow, how families live together, and how people behave with each other. You will learn how to help people using things like thinking well and doing well (mindfulness) and CBT. You will also become good at checking people's minds. We will talk about how adults grow, how to find good work and be happy in life. You will understand important ideas from Vygotsky, Piaget, and Erikson, and you will become better at writing reports and talking to people. You will become a master at understanding how people grow at all times in their life.
