What will I learn?
Improve the way you work as a social worker with our Disability Awareness Training. This training will give you the power to stand up for people with disabilities and help you understand disabilities deeply. You will learn how to talk to people in a good way, make plans to help people, and teach people how to speak up for themselves. You'll also learn how to find social services, know where to get help, and work with groups in the community. You will become good at finding ways to deal with things that make it hard for people with disabilities to live their lives and understand their rights under the law. You will be better at teaching people about disabilities and getting them involved so that everyone can live together in peace and harmony.
