Lifespan Development Course
What will I learn?
Discover the ins and outs of how people grow from small pikinini to old age with our The Human Life Journey Course, designed especially for our psychiatry workers. We go deep into how children's minds develop, how families do things, and how we interact with each other. You'll learn good ways to help people, like mindfulness and CBT, and you'll get better at checking people's mental health. We'll also look at how adults grow, how to balance work and life, and how to feel happy. Understand important ideas from people like Vygotsky, Piaget, and Erikson, and improve how you write reports and give presentations. Get better at understanding how people change and grow at every stage of life.
